To prepare the delicious ham delights, get a muffin tin

Fold each slice of prosciutto in three, as in the video, and place them on each muffin tin to create a shell.

Bake at 392°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes in an air fryer or in a static oven at 392°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes until crispy.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the cream cheese and finely chopped chives and mix well

Let the prosciutto baskets cool completely and fill them with the help of a piping bag with the cheese and chive filling.

Cut half a pear into thin, crescent moon slices, and add them to the filling along with a fresh basil leaf.

Storage and Tips

I recommend buying the least salty prosciutto available.

Store in the fridge for 2 days in an airtight container

If the baskets are already assembled, avoid adding the balsamic vinegar reduction and basil. Add them only when serving to prevent the baskets from becoming soggy and losing their texture.
