Ingredients for Blueberry and White Chocolate Tiramisu
- 10.5 oz Ladyfingers
- 9 oz Mascarpone
- 0.85 cups Whipping Cream
- 3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 5.3 oz White Chocolate
- 3.5 oz Cranberries
- as needed Milk
- 1 small glass Marsala
Preparation of Blueberry and White Chocolate Tiramisu
Shred the white chocolate into flakes using a grater.
Prepare the mascarpone cream. Whip the cold cream until stiff (1). In another bowl, mix the mascarpone with the powdered sugar until creamy (2). Incorporate the whipped cream into the mascarpone cream gradually, using a spatula with upward movements to avoid deflating it (3). Then, add some white chocolate flakes to the cream.
Lightly soak the ladyfingers in the milk, to which you have added the small glass of Marsala (4). Now assemble your tiramisu. Place the ladyfingers next to each other in a mold and cover them with a layer of mascarpone cream, leveling it with a spatula (5). Sprinkle the cream with white chocolate flakes and cranberries. Continue in this way until all the ingredients are used up. Finish the tiramisu with the remaining cranberries and more white chocolate flakes (6).
Keep the tiramisu in the refrigerator before serving (at least 6 hours before).

FAQ
Can I replace cranberries with other fruits?
Yes. You can use blueberries, raspberries, or fresh strawberries, depending on the season or your taste.
I don’t have Marsala: what can I use to soak the ladyfingers?
You can use just milk, or a mix of milk and fruit juice (like cranberry or apple juice) for a non-alcoholic version.
Can I prepare it in advance?
Of course. Tiramisu tastes best after a few hours in the fridge, even better if prepared the night before.
