Pumpkin muffins, typical Halloween sweet: pumpkin pie recipe. It’s a very easy and very good recipe, especially for our children. Due to their yellow-orange color, they are perfect for joyfully celebrating Halloween. We make the pumpkin muffins very quickly and flavor them with vanilla or cinnamon. This recipe is made with the Thermomix or simply with a mixer or food processor. We decorate them with cute bats or witch hats or pumpkins taken from the internet, printed on black and orange colored cardboard, and glued onto skewers of various sizes.

- 7 pumpkin (cooked (boiled or microwave-cooked for 10 minutes))
- 1 cup sugar
- eggs (2)
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- baking powder (1 sachet)
- cinnamon flavor (or other flavors as desired)
These decorations are very cute and very easy to make. Just get designs from the internet (on sites that can be printed for free), print them on colored cardboard and cut them out. Then take skewers of different sizes and glue them on. With some markers, draw eyes, mouth, etc. Let’s do it with our children! Then skewer them onto our muffin!

Put the mashed pumpkin, vegetable oil, sugar, flour, starch, and eggs into the mixer’s container and start the mixer at speed 1
Add cinnamon or any other desired flavor and keep mixing at a low speed.
Line a muffin tray with paper liners and fill each liner with the obtained mixture
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes (perform the toothpick test)
