I bought the cantumatti (the baskets) at the Casa Desideri pastry shop in Montecatini Terme and used them as the base for my recipe. If you can’t find them, you can prepare common ice cream wafers or biscuit cups. It won’t be the same though because cantumatti are truly special and give the recipe a unique touch.
