Oven-baked breaded fennel tasty and flavorful. How delicious fennel is, so versatile it lends itself to the preparation of many recipes and is also very good raw, although unfortunately, I cannot digest it raw, so I have to prepare many recipes. Fennel besides being very tasty, is low in calories, so perfect even for those on a diet, they are digestive and purifying, and by the way, they are also super economical, which is a bonus! The recipe I want to tell you today is for delicious Oven-baked Fennel Cutlets, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They take very little time to prepare, and you don’t even have to cook the fennel beforehand, just bread them and bake them. I also recommend not missing the recipe for Fennel Flatbread and the recipe for Fennel alla Pizzaiola. At my house, they were a huge hit and disappeared in no time, so I can only recommend you prepare them right away and don’t forget to let me know if you liked them. - 3 fennel (medium-sized)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup grated parmigiano cheese
- 1 sprig parsley
- to taste salt

Clean the fennel by cutting off the stalks, the base, and removing the outer leaves. Wash the fennel.
Cut the fennel into slices about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Beat an egg with a pinch of salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the grated parmigiano cheese and chopped parsley.
