I must confess that this recipe came about accidentally because I had some leftovers of various things in the fridge, so I combined everything and ended up with this delicious savory tart. Of course, you can easily omit or substitute the various ingredients with what you have in your fridge ☺️. An excellent recipe to serve as an appetizer, aperitif, snack, etc.

  • puff pastry
  • 2.8 oz mushrooms
  • 3.5 oz gorgonzola
  • 1.8 oz sausages
  • 1.8 oz edam
  • olives

Steps

  • First, arrange the puff pastry in the mold and make holes with a fork. Slice the mushrooms thinly and place them inside.

  • Add the sausage pieces, gorgonzola, and olives. Grate some edam on top.

  • Fold the edges and bake at 356°F for about 40 minutes

  • Enjoy your meal!
