- 1 Piedmontese toma cheese (or Asiago, primo sale ..)
- 10 walnuts
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
HOW TO MAKE PIEDMONTESE APPETIZER WITH TOMA CHEESE, CELERY, AND WALNUTS
First, wash the celery and pat dry with a kitchen towel, making sure to remove the strings; cut it into thin pieces. I used this handy vegetable slicer.
Place the toma on a cutting board and with a sharp knife, cut it into cubes. Then, shell the walnuts and break them into pieces with your hands, not too small.
Next, take a serving plate, add the celery, the diced toma, and the walnuts. Sprinkle with salt, a pinch of pepper, extra virgin olive oil, and mix well with a spoon.
Keep in the refrigerator until serving time.
