Ingredients

  • shortcrust pastry
  • 1 cup Nutella®
  • to taste white chocolate
  • to taste colored sprinkles

Tools

To make the Tart that thinks it’s a pizza, you need:

  • 1 Mixer
  • 1 Baking tray
  • Parchment paper

Preparation

  • First, take the butter out of the fridge at least half an hour before starting. Cut it into pieces and put it in the mixer bowl along with the flour and start kneading quickly with the K hook. Work them briefly, just long enough to get a sandy mixture.

  • Add the powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla, and the grated zest of lemon, and finally the egg yolks. Compact it quickly, form a dough and place it in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

  • After the indicated resting time, flour the work surface and preheat the oven to 350°F in static mode. Next, place the shortcrust dough on parchment paper and roll it out with a rolling pin into a sheet about 1/4 – 1/3 inch thick. If it tends to crumble, work it with your hands a bit before rolling it out.

  • Shape it into a circle and reinforce the edges. It should look like a pizza.

  • Transfer the dough onto a baking tray with the parchment paper. Prick the surface with a fork and bake in a preheated oven for 10 – 15 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and pour the Nutella and some pieces of white chocolate. Put it back in the oven for a few minutes.

  • The pizza tart is ready. Decorate with colored sprinkles and mini cereals as desired.

  • Here’s the tart that thinks it’s a pizza … with chocolate is ready!

  • Beautiful and colorful,

  • but also delicious!!!
