Apple and Nutella Puff Pastries

Apple and Nutella Puff Pastries.

It often happens that children invite friends over without warning and a quick snack is needed.

That’s exactly what happened to me the other afternoon with my son: in no time I had to prepare something tasty for his friends. Luckily, I always have my beloved puff pastry in my fridge, a true kitchen joker!

With an apple and some Nutella these super simple and delicious puff pastries were born, perfect to surprise everyone with little effort.

Needless to say, they disappeared in an instant… and I had to quickly make them again!

Peel the apples, cut them into small cubes, and place a tablespoon in the center of each rectangle.

Brush the edges of the pastry with melted butter and sprinkle the entire surface with brown sugar.

Bake at 356°F in static mode for about 20 minutes, until the puff pastries are puffed up and golden.
