A base of chocolate cookies, sweet strawberries, and lots of irresistible whipped cream! I would say it’s a perfect combination to win everyone over. You can prepare it in advance and enjoy it fresh. Ingredients for Strawberries with cream

  • 14 oz strawberries
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 lemon (only the juice)
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3.5 oz chocolate cookies
  • 1 sprig mint (for decoration)

How to prepare Strawberries with cream and cookies

  • Wash the strawberries. Clean them and cut them into pieces. In a bowl, place the strawberries, granulated sugar, and the juice of half a lemon. Stir and let the strawberries become flavorful for 30 minutes.

  • Whip the fresh cream with the addition of powdered sugar. If you are using pre-sweetened vegetable cream, omit the powdered sugar. Coarsely crumble the chocolate cookies and divide them into 4 glasses or cups.

  • Spread the strawberries with their juice over the cookie base. Transfer the whipped cream into a piping bag with a large star nozzle and distribute it over the strawberries. Finish by decorating with half a strawberry and some fresh mint leaves.
