Ingredients for Pasta with prawns

  • 11 oz tagliatelle
  • 1.1 lbs prawns
  • 1.35 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • cup tomato sauce
  • cup fresh liquid cream
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • to taste salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

How to prepare Creamy Pasta with prawns

  • Clean the prawns. Remove the head and shell. Then, with the help of a toothpick, gently remove the black line along the back. Wash them and let them drain.

  • Pour the oil into a large pan. Add the garlic clove and the prawns. Cook the shellfish over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring often with a wooden spoon. Remove the garlic clove. Meanwhile, bring water to a boil to cook the pasta.

  • Add the tomato sauce to the pan. Season with salt and add a pinch of pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes over low heat and also add the fresh liquid cream. Stir and turn off the heat.

  • Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water. Drain them al dente, reserving a little of the cooking water. Toss the pasta directly into the pan with the sauce and also add the chopped parsley. Stir and serve.
