A delicious soup to include in our seafood menu made with shrimp and mussels, a classic sauté of garlic and oil, tomato sauce, white wine, and spices to taste. Personally, I like this dish a lot, especially as an appetizer. Instead of the classic Sautéed Mussels, I prefer this soup accompanied by croutons or bruschetta!

Steps

The preparation of the mussel and shrimp soup is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • First, we need to clean the mussels, rinse them thoroughly, changing the water several times, and also clean and wash the shrimp. In a pot, we put some oil, garlic, and sauté.

  • Add the cleaned shrimp and mussels and cook for a few minutes. Add white wine, tomato sauce, salt, and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end of cooking, turn off the heat and add fresh chopped parsley.

  • Enjoy your meal!
