Kinder Bueno cheesecake
A delicious dessert suitable for any season made without baking with a cookie base and a delicious Kinder cream. A simple recipe to prepare that we can enjoy as a dessert at the end of a meal, as a snack, or whenever we feel like it. If you like Kinder sweets, I recommend also trying:

Ingredients for Kinder Bueno cheesecake:
8-inch mold
- 2 cups cocoa cookies
- 8 tbsp butter
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
- 2 tbsp hazelnut spread
- 2 tsp gelatin sheets (5 sheets)
- 3.5 oz Kinder Bueno
- 4 tbsp condensed milk

Base preparation:
Finely chop the cookies and mix them with the melted butter. Place the mixture into the mold lined with parchment paper, compact it.
refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Cream preparation:
First, soak the gelatin in cold water for a few minutes. In a bowl, combine the mascarpone, condensed milk, cream, and hazelnut spread
mix and whip with beaters. Finally, add the chopped Kinder Bueno and mix. Melt the well-squeezed gelatin over the heat with a little water
then add it to the mixture. Mix well. Pour the mixture over the base, level it, and refrigerate for a few hours.
