Ingredients for Baked Lasagna Bundles
- 12 lasagna sheets (fresh)
- 1 lb oz ragù
- 1 1/4 cups cups béchamel
- 3 1/2 oz oz cooked ham
- 7 oz oz scamorza
- 1 3/4 oz oz grated Parmesan
How to prepare Lasagna Bundles
First, prepare the Meat Sauce even in advance, so the preparation will be easier and faster later. Then prepare the Béchamel, or if you prefer, use the ready-made one.
Cut the fresh lasagna sheets in half lengthwise. Place a bit of meat sauce in the center of one strip and place the other strip on top to form a cross.
Place a tablespoon of meat sauce in the center, some scamorza cubes, and strips of cooked ham.
Add a tablespoon of béchamel. Fold the pasta strips over the filling. First, the inner one, then the other to form a sort of parcel.
Prepare all the sheets in the same way. Cover the bottom of a rectangular baking dish with a few tablespoons of meat sauce. Arrange the Lasagna Bundles in the dish, slightly overlapping them.
Season the lasagna with meat sauce and béchamel, covering them well. A generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan. Bake the stuffed bundles in a hot oven at 375°F for 18-20 minutes.

Loredana’s Tips
You can prepare this dish in advance and leave it in the fridge for a few hours, then just bake it
For the filling, you can also choose a vegetarian version with ricotta and spinach, then seasoned with tomato sauce or just béchamel for a white version
If you have already cooked leftover lasagna, store it in a container in the fridge for 1-2 days or you can also freeze it
