Smoked Chicken Wings

in

The smoked chicken wings on the bbq are a must of American cuisine, but there are cuisines all over the world that prepare bbq chicken wings, like the Chinese one where they are marinated in sesame oil, hoisin sauce, grated ginger, Char Siu sauce, a Chinese barbecue sauce, and finally glazed with honey. They can be accompanied by grilled vegetables or baked potatoes, depending on the season also with grilled fennel and grilled pumpkin. Smoked chicken wings can also be prepared in the oven, using the grill function and glazing the chicken wings with bbq sauce from time to time. For the gluten-free version, ensure that all ingredients are certified.
