  • 8 slices chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt
  • to taste paprika
  • to taste tomato sauce
  • 2.1 oz scamorza cheese
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil

How to make Chicken Rolls alla Pizzaiola

  • Take the chicken breast slices, gently flatten them with a meat tenderizer, if necessary, then coat the meat slices in breadcrumbs seasoned with salt and paprika.

  • Fill each breaded meat slice with tomato sauce and a piece of cheese.

  • Now, roll them up and secure with toothpicks. Repeat this step for all the chicken breast slices you have prepared.
