Delicious Pears is a very tasty recipe that can be served as both a dessert and an appetizer.
They are very appetizing and are always appreciated for their originality.
Easy and simple to prepare, they have a filling of gorgonzola and hazelnut crumbs, all sweetened with excellent honey.
The sweet combination of the pear with the savory gorgonzola makes everything delicate on the palate and leaves a very delightful aftertaste.

Steps for preparing stuffed pears
To prepare the delicious stuffed pears, start by washing them well under running water. Then dry them thoroughly with some paper towels,
cut them in half with a knife and remove the seeds to create a hollow as shown in the photo. Then bake them at 356°F for 30 minutes.
After the time has passed, take them out of the oven and stuff each one with a generous tablespoon of gorgonzola and some walnut crumbs obtained by coarsely chopping the walnuts with a chopper. Then drizzle each one with a teaspoon of honey over the entire surface and bake again at 356°F for another 10 minutes. With these two cookings, the pears will have perfect texture and the cheese will not burn.
Finally, let them cool slightly and… serve!
Storage and Notes
The stuffed pears are excellent when warm; in fact, I recommend, if there are leftovers, reheating them before serving.
