- 1 banana

Steps
Pour the plant-based milk, peanut butter, and hemp seeds into the blender cup.
Blend for a couple of minutes until everything is combined.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a few hemp seeds, serve.

It can be stored for up to 3 hours outside the fridge in winter. During the summer season, it is advisable to store it in the fridge.

Which plant-based milk can I use?
For lower sugar content, almond or soy milk is recommended. Otherwise, any will do, from rice to oat milk.
