Creamy Swiss Chard Pie

The Swiss chard savory pie is a great alternative to the classic omelet. In fact, much more substantial and rich.

Made with fresh Swiss chard, eggs, a little flour, and creamy cheese.

Very tasty, easy and quick to prepare, and also economical.

Ideal to serve as a main course or even as a snack. Great served warm.

Loved by both adults and children.

It is baked in the oven, so it is not fried.

Swiss chard is rich in vitamin C, minerals, antioxidants, detoxifying and purifying properties. Great for a healthy diet.
