The chocolate muffins are truly irresistible, soft, and moist to perfection. Perfect for breakfast or a snack. For the preparation of the muffins, two mixtures are required, one with the dry ingredients and the other with the wet ingredients. Then these two mixtures are combined and poured into paper cups placed in a muffin tin. The trick to keeping the muffins soft and moist lies in the baking, which must be very gentle.
