Ingredients
For the Chocolate-Stuffed Pandoro
- 1 pandoro
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 chocolate bars
- to taste powdered sugar
Tools
- Small Pot
- Cooling Rack
- Sieve for powdered sugar
Steps
To make the Chocolate-Stuffed Pandoro
Begin by horizontally slicing a pandoro into 4 equally thick layers.
Proceed to heat the cream in a small pot over medium heat. After a few minutes, add the broken chocolate bars and, stirring, wait for it to completely melt.
At this point, place the cooling rack over a container for drainage. Place the pandoro base on it and drizzle with some of the chocolate ganache. Continue in the same way for all layers until the pandoro is reassembled. Lastly, pour all the ganache on top, letting it drip down the pandoro.
To finish, move the pandoro onto a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar!
Tip!
Use the chocolate you prefer to make the ganache. In this preparation, I used milk chocolate with hazelnuts.
