Steps for preparing the gluten-free and nickel-free brownie
To prepare the delicious brownie, start by peeling the apples and cutting them into small pieces.
Next, place the apple puree in a bowl and add the unsweetened cocoa powder, the whole cane sugar
the egg, the potato starch and the baking powder and with a spatula mix the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Subsequently, line with parchment paper a round pan of 6 in and pour the batter. Then add the chocolate chips and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about half an hour. Always do the toothpick test before removing from the oven.
