The invisible apple loaf cake gets its name because the main ingredient is apples — there is very little flour in the batter.
The texture is similar to a pudding: soft and almost creamy, it melts in your mouth. It’s a real treat for the palate.
Easy and quick to prepare, it’s great at any time of the day, from breakfast to a dinner dessert.
The appearance is also very inviting, and if you like apples this one is really good.
The mixed scent of vanilla and apple fills the house, making your mouth water even before you see it.
Apple is rich in pectin, a substance that helps keep blood sugar under control; it is also rich in vitamin C and fiber. A real tonic for our body and, as they say, “an apple a day keeps the doctor away.”

Steps for the invisible apple loaf
To prepare the delicious invisible apple loaf, start by peeling the apples, cutting them in half, removing the cores and
slice them into thin slices as in the photo. Then, in a bowl, break the three eggs and add a pinch of salt and brown sugar.
Then, using an electric whisk, beat everything until you obtain a nice frothy mixture. Then, in a steady stream and keeping the whisk running, first add the milk or the plant-based milk, then the seed oil, the type 1 flour or the rice flour, the vanilla and the baking powder, and mix well with the electric whisk for a few minutes. Finally, fold in the apple slices.
Mix gently with a spoon or spatula. To finish, line a parchment paper a loaf pan and pour the batter in. Bake at 356°F for about 40 minutes. Be sure to perform the toothpick test before removing from the oven and let the apples brown nicely.
Once baking is complete, remove from the oven and let cool, then serve — enjoy!
