Large Brioche with Salmon and Arugula

The large brioche with salmon and arugula is a super simple appetizer to prepare, very soft and tasty! Great for various occasions, even for an aperitif with friends or family to impress everyone.

Ingredients

  • 1 large brioche
  • 1 package spreadable cheese
  • 1 package arugula
  • 3.5 oz smoked salmon
  • to taste black sesame seeds

Steps

  • Cut the large brioche in half

  • Spread the cheese on the base using a spatula

  • Put plenty of arugula all over the base of the brioche

  • Fill with slices of smoked salmon and cover with the top part of the brioche

  • Cut into 4 parts and serve

Tip!

If you can’t find the large brioche, you can also use classic hamburger buns or follow this recipe where I prepare the brioche dough.
