  • 3.53 oz cooked ham (diced)
  • 2.12 oz arugula
  • 1 sprig basil

  • Cook the pasta, the type you have chosen, in plenty of salted water. Drain it al dente and place it in a bowl. Add 2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and mix. Let it cool.

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into small pieces, removing the seeds and the internal liquid. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and the black olives into rounds. Wash the arugula and let it dry on a cloth.

  • Add the olives, cherry tomatoes, diced cooked ham, and mozzarella to the pasta. Also, add the arugula and chopped basil. Mix and add 3-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Mix well.

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the Cold Pasta cool in the fridge for at least an hour. Serve it cold, and if necessary, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
