Zucchini balls are a great dinner saver, tasty, rich, and appetizing.
Ideal as a pre-dinner snack, appetizer, or side dish. They are also good cold to take as lunch on the beach.
Zucchini is a seasonal vegetable very versatile in the kitchen thanks to its delicate flavor that pairs well with many ingredients.
Easy to grow, many people even cultivate them on their balconies. I, as you know, have a garden, but I don’t deny that when I lived in an apartment, one year I planted them in pots and harvested some.
In summer, it is one of the vegetables I particularly love, and with which I enjoy preparing many recipes. In fact, if you are also dependent on them, I recommend these recipes

Steps for preparing zucchini balls
To prepare the delicious zucchini balls, start by washing them well under running water.
Then take a vegetable grater and grate them into a bowl. Then add the eggs, Parmesan, salt, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
Lastly, add the mozzarella cut into small pieces. Mix everything well, and with the help of a spoon, take about 1 ounce of the mixture, then shape it into balls with your hands.
Meanwhile, line a baking tray with parchment paper and place our balls on it individually.
Finish by baking in a static oven at 356°F for about 30 minutes or in an air fryer at 356°F for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway, and serve warm. They are excellent accompanied by my vegan mayonnaise ... enjoy your meal!
