XXL Vegan Tart
Since the vegan tart is my mother’s favorite dessert, she always asks me to make a lot of it, so to make my job easier 🤣 I chose to make an XXL version to make her happy! It’s a great idea if, like me, you have the same problem and one tart is never enough 😂. If you want, you can also fill it with different flavors using different jams or spreads to taste! As you know, the tart is perfect at any time of day, starting with breakfast and ending with dessert at the end of a meal!

Ingredients for the XXL Vegan Tart:
- 7 1/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 7 oz vegetable oil
- vanilla
- 1 packet baking powder
- lemon zest
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 28 oz jam (To taste)
- 1 1/4 cups water
Steps
Preparing the XXL Vegan Tart is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, put the flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda and mix. Add the oil, water, vanilla, and lemon zest to taste.
Mix and knead until you get a homogeneous dough. Take about 3/4 of the dough and roll it out, using a bit of flour if necessary.
Roll it onto the rolling pin and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Arrange it well.
Then make holes. Put the jam, spread it, and level well. Roll out the remaining crust.
Cut it into strips. Lay them on top in a crisscross pattern. With the leftovers, make cords and place them around the edges. Bake at 350°F for about 50 min.
