Ingredients for pan-fried gratin shrimp:
- shrimp
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- garlic
- parsley
- lemon juice
- white wine
- pepper
Steps
The preparation of pan-fried gratin shrimp is very simple, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, combine the squeezed lemon juice, some olive oil, garlic, pepper, and wine and mix. Add the cleaned shrimp (I used some whole and just the tails of others)
let them marinate for about 30 min. After about 30 min, transfer them to a pan and cook for a few minutes. Finally, add some breadcrumbs
let them brown. Finish with a bit of fresh chopped parsley.
