Ingredients for pan-fried gratin shrimp:

  • shrimp
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • lemon juice
  • white wine
  • pepper

Steps

The preparation of pan-fried gratin shrimp is very simple, watch the video HERE.

  • In a bowl, combine the squeezed lemon juice, some olive oil, garlic, pepper, and wine and mix. Add the cleaned shrimp (I used some whole and just the tails of others)

  • let them marinate for about 30 min. After about 30 min, transfer them to a pan and cook for a few minutes. Finally, add some breadcrumbs

  • let them brown. Finish with a bit of fresh chopped parsley.

  • Enjoy your meal!
