Few and very simple ingredients that you surely already have at home and zucchini! For cooking, you can choose the classic oven, or if you prefer, the now indispensable air fryer in all kitchens will do just fine. In just a few minutes, practically just the time to cut the zucchini, they are already ready to go in the oven. The result is crunchy and irresistible Zucchini Sticks so good that one leads to another. Ingredients for Baked Zucchini
- 1.1 lbs zucchini
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Grated Grana Padano cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- to taste salt
How to Prepare Baked Zucchini Sticks
Wash the zucchini. Trim the ends and cut them first into 2-3 parts, then into thick slices, and finally into thin sticks. Transfer the zucchini to a bowl. Dress with 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and mix with 2 tablespoons to coat all the zucchini.
Now add the breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt, grated cheese, and oregano to the zucchini. Mix well to adhere the coating to the zucchini. Oil a baking dish.
Place the breaded zucchini in a thin layer, and if there is any leftover coating in the bowl, distribute it on the surface. A drizzle of olive oil on top. Bake the Baked Breaded Zucchini in the preheated oven at 392°F for 18-20 minutes in static mode.

Loredana’s Tips
If you prefer, you can replace the oregano with a bunch of chopped parsley or mixed aromatic herbs
If there are leftover zucchini, keep them in a container for 1-2 days, you just have to reheat them for a few minutes in the oven, in the fryer, or in the microwave
