  • First, flour the chicken slices. In a pan, add some oil and heat it. Add the floured slices and brown for a few minutes, then turn them.

  • Add the white wine and cook until it evaporates. Once the wine has evaporated, turn the slices again and place a slice of edam, cooked ham on each.

  • Finally, add a few well-drained artichokes in oil. Cover, turn off the heat and wait a few minutes!
