Crunchy and tasty cornflake chicken nuggets. When I have to prepare a second meat dish, I often choose lighter and more versatile white meat, and I love chicken in all its different cuts. In fact, you will always find many Recipes with chicken on my Blog, all simple and quick. The recipe I want to tell you about today is that of tender and crunchy Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets. I simply dipped the Chicken Nuggets in a light batter made with water and flour and then coated them with cornflakes, yes, the ones you usually eat with milk for breakfast, the only precaution is to choose unsweetened ones. Just imagine how crunchy and tasty they become, perfect for making even the little ones happy. I cooked the Chicken with cornflakes in the air fryer for a light yet crunchy cooking. - 1.1 lbs chicken breast
- 3 cups corn flakes
- 0.4 cups flour
- 0.5 cup water

How to prepare Chicken with cornflakes
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces of roughly the same size to ensure even cooking. Remove any tendons and small bones. Beat the flour with the water and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Coarsely crumble the cornflakes, you can do this in a mixer or simply crumble them between your hands or in a food bag. Using kitchen tongs, dip the chicken pieces first in the batter and then in the cornflakes.
Make sure the cereal sticks well all over. Place the Chicken on an oiled baking sheet or lined with parchment paper, or simply on an air fryer rack. Spray them with olive oil. Cook the Chicken Nuggets in the Air Fryer at 375°F for about 16-18 minutes.

You can prepare the Nuggets in advance and, without cooking them, store them for a day in a container in the fridge
If you prefer not to use the batter, you can simply dip the chicken in milk or beaten egg.
For baking, proceed in the same way and let them cook in a hot oven at 375°F for 20 minutes
