- salt
- black pepper

Preparation of Herb Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under running water, dry them well by patting with kitchen paper, and remove any stray hairs by plucking them with tweezers. Then cut them in half at the joint. If you prefer, you can keep them whole.
Put some flour on a plate, add two pinches of salt, a grind of black pepper, a dusting of curry, and mix. You can adjust the curry to taste depending on personal preference.
Coat the wings in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess.
In a large pan, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil before adding the floured wings. Cover with a lid and cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes, turning them occasionally.
Meanwhile, wash the herbs and finely chop them with a mezzaluna.
After the first 20 minutes of cooking, remove the lid, sprinkle the chicken wings with the chopped herbs, and drizzle with white wine. Adjust salt and pepper and cook over a higher flame for another ten minutes.
When cooking is complete, the herb chicken wings should be well browned. Serve immediately, hot. Enjoy! Paola
