Ingredients for Oven-baked Salmon
- 1.3 lbs salmon
- 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2.8 oz black olives (pitted)
- 0.42 cups white wine
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 sprig parsley
- to taste salt
How to Prepare Salmon with Cherry Tomatoes
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Oil a baking dish and place the fresh salmon slices inside. Pour the white wine over the salmon. Add the sliced black olives and cherry tomatoes.
Add the clove of garlic cut in half. Season with salt and sprinkle with oregano. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil.
Bake the Mediterranean Salmon in a preheated oven at 375°F in static mode for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, add some freshly chopped parsley and serve.
