Ingredients for Oven-baked Salmon

  • 1.3 lbs salmon
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2.8 oz black olives (pitted)
  • 0.42 cups white wine
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • to taste salt

How to Prepare Salmon with Cherry Tomatoes

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Oil a baking dish and place the fresh salmon slices inside. Pour the white wine over the salmon. Add the sliced black olives and cherry tomatoes.

  • Add the clove of garlic cut in half. Season with salt and sprinkle with oregano. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil.

  • Bake the Mediterranean Salmon in a preheated oven at 375°F in static mode for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, add some freshly chopped parsley and serve.
