QUICK AND DELICIOUS MASCARPONE CREAM WITH AMARETTI

The Mascarpone Cream with Amaretti is a simple and quick spoon dessert to prepare and so, so good. A variation of the classic version that this time I prepared without adding raw eggs and with the extra touch of crumbled amaretti that made it special. Simply cream, mascarpone, powdered sugar, and amaretti. A perfect little dessert despite its simplicity, ready to win your heart. A Spoon Dessert with Mascarpone but also an excellent cream to fill pandoro or panettone, as well as cakes, sweet rolls, and perfect for making a version of Tiramisu without eggs absolutely special. This version of mascarpone cream lends itself to many equally special variations: you can replace the amaretti with dark chocolate in small pieces, or add unsweetened cocoa for a chocolate flavor, or you can flavor it with orange or lemon zest and/or add your favorite nuts.   • 9 oz mascarpone
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup amaretti

What You Need to Prepare Mascarpone Cream without Cooking

  • Mixer

How to Prepare Mascarpone Cream with Amaretti

  • For perfect results, the whipping cream should be well chilled from the fridge. Whip the cream with the addition of powdered sugar. In another bowl, soften the mascarpone with a whisk or spatula.

  • Add the whipped cream to the bowl with the mascarpone and mix with the whisks. Crumble the amaretti not too finely. You can crumble them simply with your hands or use a mixer. Add the amaretti to the mascarpone cream and mix.

  • You can transfer the Mascarpone Cream without eggs into one large bowl or divide it into several small bowls. Decorate the surface with more crumbled amaretti. If you use different small bowls, you can also first make a base of crumbled dry biscuits or amaretti.
