The recipe for a no-bake dessert that is very simple and quick to prepare and always pleases everyone. A pistachio cream to which I added whipped cream and then lots of unsalted pistachios in small pieces. A spoon dessert with pistachio that immediately won over my small family and is really simple to prepare if, like me, you use ready-made pistachio cream, but if you want to make it at home, I recommend this recipe. A dessert you can easily prepare in advance and store in the fridge to enjoy cold, and if you prefer, with the same doses, you can make a single dessert in a small baking dish. For the base, I used ladyfingers simply soaked in milk, but you can replace them. If you, like me, love pistachios, this is truly a recipe not to be missed. Ingredients for Pistachio Cream
- 16 ladyfingers
- 5.6 oz pistachio cream
- 0.3 cup milk
- 0.75 cup fresh whipping cream
- 1.8 oz powdered sugar
- 0.9 oz unsalted pistachios

How to prepare Pistachio Tiramisu
Whip the fresh cream with the addition of powdered sugar. If you are using already sweetened vegetable cream, whip it without adding sugar. Mix 2/3 of the pistachio cream with the whipped cream. Also add the half of the unsalted pistachios chopped into small pieces.
Cut the ladyfingers in half and quickly dip them in milk. Line the bottom of 4 glasses or cups with the ladyfingers. Transfer the cream of whipped cream and pistachios into a piping bag with a wide star tip. Distribute the cream over the ladyfingers base, leaving a little for decoration.
Cover with more ladyfingers dipped in milk. Finish with small dollops of pistachio cream, a little pistachio cream, and some pistachio crumbs. Keep the dessert in the fridge until serving.
