Ingredients for the Chocolate Bell Cake:

  • 1.75 oz potato starch
  • 1 container plain natural yogurt
  • 7 oz milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • rum flavoring
  • Chocolate (Shavings)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • dark chocolate eggs

Steps

  • In a bowl, put the flour, potato starch, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, and mix. Add the milk,

  • Add the yogurt, melted butter, a bit of rum flavoring, and mix. Finally, add the mixed chocolate eggs or, if you have leftovers from chocolate Easter eggs, you can use those by chopping them into pieces.

  • Pour the mixture into the mold, smooth with a spatula, then add some chocolate shavings on top. Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
