The Plum Cake with Blended Fruit is a delicious, tasty, and fragrant dessert perfect for breakfast and snacks for both kids and adults.
I love having breakfast with homemade products, a slice of this plum cake accompanied by a cup of milk or coffee, or with yogurt and fresh fruit is ideal to start our day well.
The plum cake was made with leftover fruit, I used a small apple, a small peach, and half an organic orange, plus I also added type 2 flour, which is very rich in fiber, along with eggs, yogurt, and more.
I recommend trying it, maybe you can customize it with your own tastes and add the fruit you like best. The blended fruit makes the cake moister and more fragrant, so much so that one slice leads to another.
