- 6.35 oz dry biscuits
- 3.53 oz dark chocolate
- 1.76 oz pistachio cream
- 7.05 oz mascarpone
- 3 tbsp pistachio granules

How to Make Pistachio and Chocolate Treats
Chop the chocolate biscuits in a mixer. If you like to feel some crunchy biscuit pieces, don’t chop them too finely. Transfer them to a bowl and add the mascarpone and the pistachio cream.
Mix well with a spatula or simply with a fork. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them between your hands to form small balls.
Once you have prepared them all, let them set in the fridge for an hour. This way they will firm up nicely before dipping them in the chocolate. Cut the dark chocolate into pieces and let it melt in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Dip the Pistachio Pralines one by one in the melted chocolate, and using 2 teaspoons, lift them and place them on a tray covered with foil or parchment paper.
Before they dry, decorate them with the pistachio granules. Let them dry well in the air for about an hour or more quickly in the fridge.
