Guys, I love chocolate, and these chocolate donuts are truly a temptation!!
One leads to another, just looking at them makes you want to taste them, don’t you think?

They are fantastic like the chocolate muffins

They are butter-free like all my recipes. They are easy to prepare, don’t worry. The important thing is to have the donut mold available.

I still remember when my grandma would make them for me, the smell could be felt all the way down the stairs. She couldn’t surprise me because their aroma arrived before they were out of the oven.

Sure, back then, we used the few ingredients available, and maybe they were few but good, now, instead, we have the possibility to choose, so choose wisely, I recommend.

I also recommend the coffee muffins, the soft yogurt cake and the grandma’s cake.

Tools to make chocolate donuts

Steps to create chocolate donuts

In a bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, and baking powder, and finally the liquids. Mix well with the electric whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Flour the molds and pour the mixture up to 3/4 of the way so that when they rise, the top closes, forming a seal.

Bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes in a static oven.

Let them cool, then gently turn them out and sprinkle with powdered sugar. At this point, you can fill them with hazelnut cream, using the piping bag.

Serve and enjoy…
