Simple and delicious air fryer roasted peppers. Today I want to share with you how I easily prepared Roasted Peppers in my Air Fryer. A simple recipe that won’t fill your house with smoke, unlike using a traditional stovetop grill. A quick and easy recipe, perfect for preserving Peppers all year round. I take advantage of this time of year when they are in season and relatively cheap to stock up. Besides enjoying them in many recipes, I like to preserve them. I roast them, peel them, and then freeze them in portions in containers or simply in food bags. Just thaw them and enjoy with oil, garlic, and parsley or use them as an ingredient in many recipes. You can prepare pasta dishes, savory pies, or delicious side dishes. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can cook them in the oven or simply on a stovetop grill, and if you have access to a barbecue, they will turn out great. If you love peppers too, let’s head to the kitchen and prepare some delicious Roasted Peppers

How to Prepare Peppers in the Air Fryer
Choose firm peppers of more or less the same size to ensure even cooking. Wash the peppers thoroughly, dry them, and oil them all over.
Place the Peppers in the basket of an air fryer or in a baking tray. Let them cook at 392°F for about 20 minutes. With the air fryer, there’s no need to turn them, ensuring they cook evenly all around.
Once they are well charred all over, transfer the peppers to a paper bag or a plastic food bag. Let them cool; this will make them easier to peel. Peel and deseed them.
See you tomorrow with a new recipe, hugs, Loredana
And if you don’t have an air fryer, you can cook them in a convection oven at 428°F for 20 minutes or a static oven for 25 minutes with the same method.
