Cup with pistachio cream, a delicious and special treat. The recipe I want to tell you about today is that of a Dessert in a glass with pistachio, simple and quick to prepare and so, so good. A base of dry cookies, I used digestive cookies but other dry cookies are fine too, even whole grain or chocolate. A pistachio cream to which I added whipped cream and then lots of finely chopped pistachios. A Pistachio dessert that won me over with the first spoonful and is really easy to prepare if, like me, you use the Pistachio cream already ready, but if you want to make it at home I recommend this recipe. A dessert that you can easily prepare in advance and store in the fridge to enjoy it cold, and if you prefer, with the same doses, you can prepare a single dessert in a small baking dish. If you too, like me, love pistachios, this is definitely a recipe not to be missed. Let’s run to the kitchen and prepare a delicious Pistachio cream and whipped cream dessert together

- 7 oz pistachio cream
- 9 oz Digestive cookies
- 7 fl oz fresh whipping cream
- cup powdered sugar
- 1.4 oz unsalted pistachios
How to Prepare the Pistachio Cup
Crumble the digestive cookies using a mixer. Do not crumble them too finely but leave some bits for a crunchy note. Distribute half of the cookies into 6 glasses or cups.
Whip the cold fresh cream from the fridge with the addition of powdered sugar. Add the pistachio cream to the whipped cream and gently mix. Distribute half of the pistachio cream on the cookie base. More crumbled cookies again.
Finish with the remaining cream. Level it with the back of a teaspoon. Roughly chop the unsalted pistachios and then distribute them on the cream. Store the Glasses with pistachio cream in the fridge.
See you tomorrow with a new recipe, hugs, Loredana
Loredana’s Tips
