If you prefer, you can prepare the base and the cream in advance, even the day before, and store the Dessert in the fridge. You just need to decorate it with apricot jelly and fresh apricots shortly before serving.
For convenience, you can replace the apricot jelly for decoration with ready-made apricot jam.
