Craving a healthy and genuine snack? Then try this pineapple juice enriched with apple and kiwi because it is really good. But besides being good, it is also very healthy. Pineapple, as we know, facilitates fat metabolism and aids digestion. The apple, rich in minerals and vitamins, has diuretic properties, regulates intestinal function, and is perfect for detoxifying the body. The kiwi also has many beneficial properties; it’s very rich in vitamin C and can boost the immune system. We quickly understand, therefore, how beneficial it can be to drink a juice like the one I propose today. An ideal juice for all those people who do not eat much fruit and prefer to “drink” it. Wellness in a glass.

Ingredients for the pineapple juice
- 10.6 oz pineapple
- 1 apple
- 1 kiwi (green or yellow)
- 1/3 cup water
- ice (optional)
Tools
Note: to make this pineapple juice you necessarily need a juicer. If you have a centrifugal juicer, you can insert the pineapple and apple, but NOT the kiwi, which you should blend separately and then add to the rest of the juice.

Preparation of the pineapple juice
Remove the skin from the pineapple slices and cut them into pieces. It is not necessary to remove the hard central part.
Wash the apple, remove the central core, and cut it into wedges without peeling it.
Cut the kiwi into slices after peeling it. I used a yellow one, but a green one is also fine.
Insert the fruit into the juicer, alternating the various pieces.
Once all the ingredients are finished, pour the obtained pineapple juice into a glass and dilute it with water. It is not necessary to sweeten it. If you prepare it in summer, it is excellent with the addition of ice.
I recommend drinking it immediately after preparing it to fully enjoy all its benefits. If you want to offer it, decorate the glass with a mint sprig. Enjoy! Paola
