You can prepare the dough in advance and store it wrapped in plastic wrap in the fridge for a day
If there are leftover Fritters, I recommend not decorating them with sugar and heating them for a few minutes in the oven or microwave
If you prefer, you can substitute the butter with a tablespoon of oil and the grated orange zest with a teaspoon of cinnamon
