The Brioche Bread stays soft in a container or a food bag for 2-3 days, and you can also freeze it in slices. Just warm it up for a few minutes in a hot oven or microwave to make it soft and fragrant as if just made.

For a more indulgent dessert, you can add 1 oz of walnut pieces to the dough.
