Water Bundt Cake

in

Water Bundt Cake is an easy and light recipe very similar to the cocoa water cake. It’s a simple dessert, perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack. The peculiarity of this recipe is its lightness compared to a classic bundt cake: the water gives it a unique softness, but if you prefer you can serve it with a smear of jam or spreadable creams accompanied by a nice cup of tea. Storage and variations for the water bundt cake

You can store it under a cake dome for up to 3 days. You can freeze it if you used fresh ingredients. You can add unsweetened cocoa powder by replacing 1/4 cup of flour; and for those with a sweet tooth you can add spoonfuls of Nutella to the batter before baking.
