It’s nice to surprise friends who come to visit us with some unusual drink instead of pulling out the usual bottles from the supermarket. Do you agree with me? The one I propose today is very simple to prepare and is extremely refreshing. It’s a pineapple tea drink that can be made in a few simple steps and is appreciated by everyone. It’s really very good, and the aroma given by the cinnamon is perfect. Try it!

Ingredients for the pineapple tea drink
- 2 bags tea
- 14 oz water
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- ground cinnamon (a pinch)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 lemon

- 1 Pitcher
- 1 Citrus juicer
Preparation of the pineapple tea drink
Bring 14 oz of water to a boil, then immerse two tea bags and let them steep for 5/6 minutes.
Then pour the tea into a pitcher, add the cinnamon and a generous tablespoon of brown sugar. Mix well and let it cool.
Once cold, add the pineapple juice and the juice of one lemon.
Store the pineapple tea drink in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
To make your glasses even more charming, I recommend serving them with a nice sugared rim. It’s really simple to make. Just moisten the entire rim with some lemon juice and prepare a small plate with granulated sugar. Then flip the glass over the sugar, which will adhere perfectly.
