Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp fresh yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 oz dry pork sausage
- 1.8 oz smoked provolone
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in the water.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, mix, then add the salt and knead well.
Form a ball and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
After resting, take the dough and divide it into 12-15 pieces.
Cut the sausage and provolone into pieces.
Flatten each piece on the palm of your hand and fill with the stuffing, then close and let rest for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for about 15 minutes or in an air fryer at 347°F for 12 minutes, turning them.
