Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup mascarpone
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee

Steps

  • Prepare the shortcrust pastry, pour the flour into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, the egg, and the butter cut into pieces, work quickly and set aside.

  • Prepare the cream, pour the mascarpone into a bowl, add the sugar and instant coffee, mix well.

  • Roll out the pastry into a rectangle, fill with the cream, and roll up.

  • Place it on parchment paper and bake at 356°F for about 20-25 minutes or in an air fryer at 347°F for 15 minutes then turn and bake another 4 minutes.

  • Remove from oven, let cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and slice.
