PUFF PASTRY BOATS with BACON and PEAS

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 3.5 oz peas, canned, drained
  • 2.8 oz bacon
  • 2.8 oz provola cheese
  • parmesan cheese

Steps

  • Cut the puff pastry into 9 rectangles or 6 if you prefer the boats as a main dish for dinner.

  • Press the side edges to join them together, then take the tips and turn them outward.

  • Fill with some of the peas, the provola cheese pieces, and bacon, then add more peas.

  • Place the boats next to each other, separating them with parchment paper.

  • Cook in the oven at 350°F for 15 minutes or in the air fryer at 340°F for about 12 minutes.

  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if you like.
